The field of the Real Aeroclub de Santiago in Ames hosts during the weekend one of the most traditional events in Compostela golf: the Jael Cup , in which the members of the Santiago club compete. With categories for adults and young golfers, it takes place between Friday the 11th and Sunday the 13th.

The Club’s individual championship will be held on two days, on Friday the 11th (or Saturday the 12th) and on Sunday the 13th of June. The game formula will be 36 holes scratch medal play . Club players with a handicap may take part. On Friday or Saturday you can choose time and departure when registering. On Sunday, the race will start in the reverse order of the scratch classification of the first day starting at 08:30.
The Children’s Club Championship will be held on Saturday the 12th between girls and boys who are members of the club with a federative license. There will be an 18-hole category for juveniles onwards with a national handicap equal to or less than 36; 9 holes for youngsters with or without a handicap, and youngsters onwards with a handicap greater than 36.1 or without a handicap; and 5 holes for pre-youngest players (sub 8), without handicap.
